Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
INFORMATION ABOUT TWINENGINE
BrandintheBox™ was developed by TwinEngine, where Winnie Brignac Hart and Lorrie Brignac Lee bring 28+ years of marketing experience, 125+ industry awards and a passion for leveraging their twin talents to help companies translate traditional marketing channels into forward-thinking solutions. In order to utilize specific features on the website, individuals will need to create an account with Brand in the Box. Should you create an account with Brand in the Box, you agree to: (1)provide the accurate and up-to-date information, as well as updating the information as necessary; (2) maintain the security of your password and accept the risks associated with access to your account which is not authorized by you; and (3) notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com if you believe there have been any breaches to the security of the website or your account information.
Brand in the Box’s Subscription Service. Our Subscription Service is an automatic, recurring monthly subscription to Brand in the Box (“Subscription Service” or “Service”). As part of the Service, we offer a number of subscription options that you may choose from (“Plan”). Every month you will receive a kit – box or virtually – to help you grow your brand from TwinEngine (your “Brand Kit”), including the contents of your chosen subscription, as well as other materials to help you grow your brand. You can find specific details regarding your subscription by accessing your account details via the website.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you; provided, however, that we will provide you with at least ten (10) days’ advance notice of any price changes with your specific Plan rate. Your acceptance of deliveries of the Products after such notice has been delivered to you will constitute your acceptance of such price changes. Any applicable taxes and other fees or charges are not included and are additional to any prices shown on the website. Prices, taxes or other fees may vary geographically. The shipment of a Brand Kit to you after our delivery of such notice will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if for some reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with BrandintheBox™, you can cancel your monthly subscription and get a full refund within 30 days after the delivery of your first BrandintheBox™. Please note that after 30 days, the annual plans are non-refundable, but your renewal will be canceled. TwinEngine reserves the right to terminate any end user’s access to Brand in the Box where that end-user infringes upon third-party copyrights. Please notify us at email@example.com if you believe any infringement has occurred.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
